Riverland's Homestay offers a traditional exterior and a modern yet subtle interior design. You could just relax on the balcony of rooms facing the magnificent river or take a dip in the outdoor pool or go kayaking, or swimming or set on a guided boat ride in the Periyar. We have a very quiet neighborhood and all you would hear would be birds and the flowing water.

Our whole aim is to provide the guests (Families/Groups) with a pleasant stay at our home facing the mighty Periyar river.
The exterior of the homestay has been done to reflect a traditional look and the interiors boast an ultra-modern yet very simple & subtle feel.
Another unique program includes a staycation for ladies in groups which will be managed entirely by lady staff/Lady host. It will be available on special request through call/email.
